This hotel is oozing with character and charm, perfect for families with spacious and unique rooms. Great location with beautiful scenery and easy access to Salzburg. The breakfast selection is fantastic. The hotel offers a small yet cozy spa area with a pool and saunas. Make sure to check out the meditation room, just remember to dress warmly.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the friendly reception staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is housed in a jaw-droppingly beautiful building and offers fantastic facilities, including a double level suite that was absolutely perfect. We were delighted to find free parking available right next to the hotel, and the option of paid underground parking if needed. The breakfast buffet was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of hot and continental options that we had never experienced before in Austria. The location was also perfect, within walking distance to the lake and a short drive to all the local sights. Although we encountered an issue with the in-room wifi during our stay, the staff compensated us generously with a free bottle of champagne and a fruit and cheese plate. we had a super week at this fantastic Austrian hotel. The room, staff, and facilities were all excellent, and the added bonuses of free bike hire and a private bar made our experience even more enjoyable. The central location was incredibly convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the wonderful Mondsee area.
